6. Terms of ordering and payment
Your selected items are indicated in the shopping cart, where you at any moment you can change the quantity, add or subtract products and check their prices and / or the total amount.
Stage 1 Delivery and transport costs
To place an order, you need to log in with your username and password. Specify the exact address for delivery. The customer is obliged to pay extra for courier services. Tip – in the field note, specify as a delivery point the nearest to you office of Econt. So your delivery will cost the least and will be received it in the most convenient time for you.
Step 2: Payment
In your shopping cart you can see the price of your selected items and the final amount you have to pay. You should specify a convenient way for you to realize the payment, choosing of th options below:

7. Delivery of goods
Shipments are delivered by courier company Econt with the option to review and test, the implementation time is within 3 working days. Usually orders made in weekdays until 17:00 will be received on the next business day. If the SD “Gabby Penev-and-cie” is unable to meet the demand, the company commits to contact the customer and inform him. If the customer has paid in advance, SD “Gabby Penev-and-cie” undertakes the necessary actions to reimburse the amount paid within 3 working days.
In case you choose to use system of payment Borika, your order will be executed within 3 days from the date of receipt of the amount to the account of SD “Gaby-Penev and s-ie.”

Important: Upon receipt of the shipment pay on delivery and check the integrity of the goods in the presence of the messenger, especially if it is brittle! 8. Return of purchased goods
Each user has the right to return goods ordered within 14 working days after receiving them, if the products meet the following conditions:
– No mechanical damage;

The right of return does not apply in the following cases:

The buyer must contact SD “Gabby Penev-and-cie” by phone, calling 0298882025 and announcing the return. SD “Gabby Penev-and-cie” undertakes to reimburse the amount of the goods within 3 working days from the date on which it was received back or replace it. The costs of transport are borne by the buyer. In the event that the client receives goods that don’t meet the conditions for supply, or other goods other than the ordered, SD “Gabi-Penev-cie” replaces the commodity bearing the cost of delivery, or restores the amount paid by the customer. If prepaid commodity is out of stock, SD “Gabby Penev-and-cie” contacts the customer and provides a new delivery date or reimbursement amount within 3 working days.
